Now to use the "tape" pieces, in that layer select a drop shadow that is low or soft edge. Then change the layer from normal to hue. This will achieve the look in the layout. They don't look this way in the download. You can also change the color by picking what you want to use, select the paint bucket and over the tape, add the color. Play around a bit and see if you find something that you like better.
